Character Highlight: Var'ron

Var'ron is a forest elf, 386 years old, and a commander in the Prisidian Guard. He was born and raised in the treecity Silvis-Daeru, located in the woods of Dua-oll'e. He enlisted in the Prisidian Guard at the age of 17, when he met one of their patrols passing through his homeland. After 271 years of intense training and exemplary combat performance, he was promoted to the rank of captain, at which time he was able to convince the council to establish an outpost in Silvis-Daeru. He returned there and has remained to recruit and train new warriors ever since.

He is skilled with a longsword and has practiced the art of protection magic extensively, allowing him to create magical wards and shields to protect himself and allies.

Well known for his role in the battle of Zillose, where he killed 36 men bare handed while climbing a sheer rock face. This is disputed however, as many of his foes were thrown off said rock face, meaning "He didn't kill them, the ground did."
